I have had my Sneaky Bag for roughly a week and it has already passed the ultimate test.
I recently had to travel to my hometown for a weekend and stopped in to see my mother.
Now, my mom is about as anti-gun as it comes. I'm talking Nancy Pelosi level hatred.
Since we were staying overnight, I brought in my two bags: A duffel bag and my Snaeky Bag with an AR in what John Farnam teaches to be "travel condition" (empty chamber, hammer down, full mag inserted.).
I set the bags by the top of the stairs to greet everyone. before I could react, my mom grabbed my Sneaky Bag to carry it to the spare bedroom. She was a bit surprised by the weight, and asked what kind of bag was shaped this way (37" bag). I told her it was a camera bag, designed to hold my Canon and a tripod.
She said it looked very well built and proceeded on to the bedroom.
Sneaky Bag: Mom tested, armed son approved
Sneaky Bag products have allowed me to work and travel in some of the World's Most Dangerous Places and carry my rifle and handguns literally without anybody giving me a second thought. That helps keep me safe from any potential Bad Guys , Rouge Cops, Guerilla or Paramilitary types prying eyes and hands!!! The products have been flawless and even my Special Forces Colombian Army pals agree. We dragged them thruout the Colombian Countryside and the bags did there job and held up to that grooling enviroment!!!!
"I've found the Mini-SB to comfortably carry as much as I'm willing to in most circumstances (4 AK mags, spare pistol mags, etc). While there are situations during overt operations where one might want a chest-rig, the SB contains everything I'd need in a VERY non-descript manner while looking like a typical shoulder bag many people carry these days. Standing on a sidewalk watching the town parade gets not a second glance. Since I keep my personal 1st aid kit in a separate pouch so I can attach it to anything I might be wearing anywhere, I especially like the MOLLE on each end of the SB so I can attach that to the bag. Very well made; I REALLY like seeing genuine effort at quality STITCHING, rather than the cheap loop stitch performed on many similar bags these days (which will rip the first time you put it through any real work). This is Good Stuff!"
I have two sneakybags, and they are both quality pieces of gear.
My large bag, SB02, has traveled with me around the world and never raised an eye. When working low profile contracts it carries everything I need including both pistol and rifle magazines, trauma supplies, papers and various comfort supplies while its non-tactical color and the nalgene bottle on the outside make it look like a tourist's camera and day pack. The stabilizing straps deploy in seconds, but are out of sight and out of the way until needed. When in CONUS it becomes my range bag and has room for everything I need for a range outing while also making a perfect improvised rifle rest when needed.
My minisneaky is my in CONUS car bag and holds trauma supplies, water and extra magazines for my EDC weapons. It is a perfect compliment to a truck rifle, and fits, loaded, into my covert rifle bag's larger pocket. My consulting and teaching contracts require me to travel throughout the southeast, and I usually drive. The combination of minisneaky and covert rifle bag on the seat behind me raises no eyebrows, and I've checked in to 5 star hotels with my luggage in my hand, covert rifle bag over my shoulder and confident smile on my face. Two years of almost constant use has left almost no wear visible. Highly recommended, low profile, professional grade gear that won't be noticed.
